Is there a free trial?

Each of your SunSed apps have a one dollar credit per billing cycle, meaning that if your app's usage ever falls under $1, you will not pay.

What is the minimum monthly budget for paid plans?

The minimum monthly budget is $10. If your app's usage ever falls under $10, you will still be charged $10.

Are there any limits on usage?

There are soft and hard limits in place to protect you against abuse. Depending on each scenario the limits can be lifted or increased.

What happens when I hit my monthly budget?

Before you reach your limit you will be sent email notification asking you if you would like to increase your monthly budget. However, if your app's usage surpasses your monthly budget and you choose to not increase the budget your app will be non responsive for your end users until the end of the billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. For special circumstances please reach out to our customer service department for further assistance.

How much will I be charged each month?

From your app billing settings you can set a monthly budget which dictates the maximum amount you will be charged.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged at the end of the billing cycle.

How does SunSed calculate usage?

Each resource is tracked separately. CPU usage is for every read and write and is calculated in milliseconds (rounded up to the nearest 100 ms). Bandwidth is calculated in bytes. Storage is calculated in bytes. Database is calculated in bytes stored, rows written and rows read.
